We are not bodies, but rather souls who reincarnate again and again in different time periods and places in the world.

We do this to have a variety of experiences, to learn and grow, to know both joy and suffering, and all of that comes with the multifaceted and complex experience of what it is to be human here on planet earth.

And so, over these many lifetimes we accrue knowledge and wisdom from a vast variety of our own, lived experiences.

Those vast stores of wisdom that we have already worked hard to earn are inside each and every one of us, waiting to be accessed and used in our lives today.

In my experience working with my clients uncovering memories from their past lives, most of this knowledge we carry from previous lifetimes is about the nature of our human existence, or what it means to be a human being.

And because we reincarnate in a wide variety of ways that includes all races, genders, ethnicities, religions, social classes, and economic situations – we have learned from our own experience over thousands of years that the human experience is a universal one.

And that any of our differences are only perceived.

And so, with all of that sage wisdom inside of us, we all decided to be here – in fact, we chose to be here – in these times right now, today.

And I don’t have to tell you that these times today are asking us to rethink some of our attitudes and systems that are designed to give power to only a few and subjugate those who are seen as “other”.

These times today want us divided, living in fear of each other, with mistrust and hate for anyone who doesn’t look like us or believe as we do.

But no! We can remember that all of this division is based on a false reality – and that although we may have differences, we are not different.

All of the experiences you have had in your many past lives have led you right here – to this moment, and these times today.

And we can remember the wisdom that we carry that tells us that we are here to unite in compassion and love, as one humanity.

We have work to do and it’s time to do it.

And we got this, as we were born for these times today.
